I joined the group again, but since I can't RP that much atm, and aslo to settle officially her new life, Oxana becomes a NPC.

Oxana, contrary to normal humans, was gifted with a tapetum lucidum - bright tapestry -, a layer of tissue behind the retina in each eyes. These layers reflects visible light back through the retina, increasing the light available to the photoreceptors. The first visible effect is a eyeshine, though hidden thanks to her Agent glasses.
The direct application is the ability to see in dark areas, and it's automatic. Oxana doesn't have to bear with the eye adaptation to a dark or light area.

Limits:
-It is a mutation, as the tapetum lucidum layer only got active when she reached puberty, and it can mutate in the future.
-It affects her perception of colors, seeing them less saturated - one of the reasons why she likes flashy colors.
